Heid breaks NSIC’s career total offense record in win over WSU

In Augustana’s 21-20 comeback win over Winona State last Saturday, senior quarterback Trey Heid broke the NSIC record for total offense generated in a career. Heid has combined to rush and pass for 12,262 yards in 42 games.

He surpassed Cole Jaeschke, who played for Upper Iowa University from 2011-14. Jaeschke accounted for 12,031 yards of total offense in 43 career games.

Heid also tied Augustana’s single-season touchdown record of 32. Josh Hanson hit that mark in 2012.
