Texas A&M Aggies against Arkansas Razorbacks
In the football game between the Texas A&M Aggies and the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday, Sept. 24, the Aggies were down by 7 with the Razorbacks threatening to score.
The Aggies needed a big defense play, and boy did they get it.
On a first-and-goal, the Razorbacks tried a quarterback power with KJ Jefferson. Jefferson tried to jump over the pile and into the endzone, but as he reached out for the ball, he lost control.
The ball ended up in the hands of Aggie defensive back Tyreek Chappell. Chappell returned the ball 20 yards before being tackled, but right before he was hit, he lateralled the ball to Demani Richardson.
Richardson returned the ball to the endzone, helping to give the Aggies the 23-21 victory.
New York Yankees at Toronto Blue Jays
In the top of the seventh-inning game tied 3-3, Aaron Judge came up to the plate with a runner on first with no outs.
The entire stadium was on edge, hoping to see Judge hit home run number 61.
With a full count, Blue Jays relief pitcher Tim Mayza threw a 94 mph sinker belt-high. As soon as the ball hit the bat, the stadium knew it was gone, and in a blink of an eye it landed in the Blue Jays bullpen.
With 61 home runs for the season, Judge ties Roger Maris as the all-time American League home run leader.
